What a great day it was yesterday at the second annual FUNC river festival at Riverbottom and the Montrose Whitewater Park! We were joined by so many great local organizations, city officials, BLM river rangers, volunteers, community members, vendors and out of town visitors. From SUP races to rubber ducky races, mountain bike riding to water-themed kids games, fly casting to a river parade, it was so wonderful to see everyone actively enjoying the recreational opportunities this area provides for our community. Next year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, July 22nd so be sure to mark your calendars!
